So the problems that I have with Outlook 2016 are because I have around 100 folders and sub-folders, plus I also have around 100 rules.ġ. I have had lost email problems with Gmail now for some months, I do not know why, but it is basically a problem where I cannot debug what the Outlook rules are actually doing because they are an unfriendly system to use. There are no problems connecting to the IMAP system (iPhone or Laptop Browser).

Inbox plus the Outlook file size can potentially double and cause hard drive full (or near full) condition.
